Ingredients

  • 1/2 sliced avocado
  • 1 tsp of dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp of keto mayonnaise
  • small pinch of salt
  • a hefty squirt of lemon
  • 1/2 chopped bell pepper
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)

Put the tuna or chicken, avocados, bell pepper all together in a bowl.

Make the seasoning by adding the dijon to the mayonnaise and add a squirt of lemon and a pinch of black pepper and salt to taste.
