For the Crust:

  • 1 cup of butter.
  • 1 cup of hazelnuts.

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup of cream cheese.
  • 1 cup of cream.
  • 1 cup of whipped cream.
  • 1 Tbsp of stevia(sweetener).

For the Chocolate topping:

  • 1 bar of Lindt dark chocolate.
  • 2 Tbsp of butter.
  • ½ cup of whipped cream.
  • 2 Tbsp of stevia (sweetener).
  • 2 Tbsp of chopped pistachios sprinkled.


Preparing The Cheesecake


Melt 1 cup of butter on the stove-top in a saucepan over medium heat. Watch the butter carefully when it melts and remove from the heat when it’s about three-quarters melted, and stir until it’s completely melted.


In a mixer, add 1 cup of hazelnuts and the melted butter, and mix them well till smooth.


Now press your crust into the bottom of the pyrex or a bowl, flatten them all well and freeze the crust for 10 mins.


To prepare the filling, add 1 cup of cream cheese, 1 cup of cream, 1 cup of whipped cream 1 Tbsp of stevia(sweetener) and beat them all together in a mixer till the filling becomes fluffy.
