Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp of coconut oil.
  • ½ Tsp of baking powder.
  • Pinch of cinnamon.
  • 2 Tsp of stevia sweetener or 5 drops of the liquid one.
  • A ¾ cup of almond flour.
  • 1 large egg.
  • Vanilla extract.
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips or bars.

Instructions

Preparing The Cookies

Preheat oven to 425°F/220°C.

In a bowl whisk the egg, add the vanilla extract.

Then add all the dry ingredients.

Mix well then add 2 Tbsp of coconut oil.

Mix with the dough the chocolate chips or the chopped ones, now the dough is ready to flatten them one by one on a baking sheet.

Bake in the oven for 30 mins.
