Ingredients

For Fat Bombs

  • 1 bar of chopped dark chocolate (Dark chocolate 85%)
  • 4 Tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp of MCT oil ( can be replaced with coconut oil)
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp of stevia sweetener
  • Almonds (or your favorite Keto-friendly nuts)
  • Shredded pistachios

Preparing The Fat Bombs

Roughly chop the chocolate into small pieces.

Using the stove, place a saucepan filled with water and let simmer.

put the chocolate into a heatproof bowl and put the bowl over the saucepan, make sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl, to reach a smoother result.

Add the peanut butter and stir well then add the MCT oil to give it a smoother consistency.

Then add the sweetener stevia as desired and Pinch of cinnamon (optional).

Keep stirring until the chocolate melts well with peanut butter and reach the perfect consistency.

Using an ice cube tray, Put 1 almond in each ice cube and pour the chocolate over. You can also sprinkle some shredded pistachios.
