Do I Need To Starve Myself?!
We know, maybe you are thinking now are we telling you to starve yourself?!
The answer is definitely NOT !!
The Difference Between Intermittent Fasting And Starving:
Starving is totally different. It’s unwillingly not to eat until your body is harmed and if someone starves for a long time it may lead to death.
While Intermittent Fasting is willingly stopping to eat and not for a very long time. It’s just like you are controlling your eating habits by quitting snacking and eating throughout the day which will improve the rate of losing weight.
How It’s Done:
Intermittent Fasting is usually done for either spiritual or health reasons. If it’s done in a right way it would never cause any harm and of course never causes death.
If you started an intermittent fast, this can last for hours, a day or even for a week but in this case it should be under medical supervision.
Put in mind that food is available and easy while not eating is your choice. You can start or stop it according to your decision.
Stopping to eat for long hours like from 10 to 16 hours could be considered as intermittent fasting, for example.
If you have a long night sleep like for 10 hours sleeping this is called intermittent fasting. Also if you have your breakfast at 8 am and not to eat your lunch before 8 pm this is also called fasting.
You can consider the intermittent fasting as a daily routine which you can use to lose weight easily. The main idea of losing weight is letting the body burn out its stored fats to produce energy helping you to continue your daily requirements. Normally when you eat food the body consumes the incoming carbohydrates to produce this energy leaving the stored fats as it is. Even though by eating these carbohydrates you are helping your body to store more fats which leads to increase your weight more. So by fasting you are letting your body eats its own fats by burning them out.
