Here we are giving you a small brief about the main allowed foods in your Keto menu. In addition to foods that you can include in your keto diet at some conditions. And foods that you should avoid entirely.
Foods to include in your keto menu
Meats: Any type of meats including beef, pork, lamb, chicken, fish, and shellfish.
Eggs: Whole eggs yolks included.
Vegetables: Grown above ground including, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, lettuce, brussels sprouts, asparagus, eggplant, zucchini, olives, spinach, cucumber, avocado, onions, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, etc.
Foods that you have to be careful about, but can still be included in your keto menu
Roots: Sweet potatoes, carrots, yams, beetroots, parsnips, turnips, etc., once/ day.
Fruit: Eat once a day in a small amount. Treat fruit as a natural form of candy.
Dark Chocolate: Above 70% cocoa, preferably just a small square, once or twice/ week.
Foods that you should never inlude in a keto diet
Sugar: Anything that contains added sugar, such as soft drinks, candy, juice, power drinks, chocolates, cakes, buns, pastries, ice cream, and breakfast cereals. Avoid sweeteners as well.
Starch & Grains: Bread, pasta, potatoes, french fries, potato chips, cereals, porridge, muesli, etc.
Processed Oils: Margarine, Palm oil, sunflower oil, Corn oil.
