Ground Beef and Egg With Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 small mushrooms
  • 1 tsp of butter
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 6 asparagus spears
  • 1 tbsp of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

Preparing The Ground Beef and Egg

In a small pan, add 1 tsp of butter, use left-overs of ground beef or cook it any way you prefer.

Add 1 tsp of olive oil, then crack 1 egg into them.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and cover the pan to cook it well on medium heat.

Leave it for 3 mins until egg white is completely set and yolks begin to thicken but not well cooked.

Preparing The Asparagus

In another pan.. add 1 tsp of butter then put the minced garlic, lemon zest and ½ squeezed lemon, stir well

Put the asparagus and small mushrooms, Add some salt and pepper, cover the pan and let them cook for another 3 minutes.

Now place the asparagus and mushrooms on your serving plate, then put over the cooked egg with ground beef. And sprinkle some Parmesan cheese.
