Keto Brownies

Finally, it's here! Brownies have always been that lovable dessert that everyone craves for while following a diet plan. Keto is not a reason for missing this delicious chocolatey brownie. It's low in preparation efforts but high in deliciousness. You can serve it with extra chocolate sauce or with keto ice cream or just eat it by itself.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cocoa powder
  • ¾ Erythritol or stevia sweetener
  • ½ tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 100 gm of melted butter
  • 4 medium cubes of dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs at room temperature
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of medium dashed walnuts

Instructions

Preparing The Brownies

Preheat the oven.

In a bowl mix the dry components almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, instant coffee and baking powder.

In a small bowl melt the butter with the chocolate cubes in the microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.

Whisk melted chocolate and butter into the eggs and vanilla extract then add to them the dry ingredients gradually while whisking. Continue this process until just well mixed.

Add to batter the cup of dashed walnuts and pour the mixture to a baking tray.

Set the oven to 180°c and put the tray into the oven for 20 mins. Don’t overcook the brownies or it will become cakier.

After taking out from the oven let it rest for 30 mins then put it in the fridge for 2 hours.
