Ingredients

  • 2 cauliflower florets
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 minced garlic
  • 50 g. Mozzarella cheese
  • 50 g. Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ½ tsp of black pepper
  • Pinch of dried thyme
  • Pinch of paprika

Instructions

Preparing The Pizza

Start with grating the cauliflower florets, finely grated.

In a large bowl put the grated cauliflower then crack 2 large eggs.

Add 50 g. of mozzarella cheese and 50 g. of parmesan cheese to give it a perfect consistency.

Mix well till you are about to reach a dough consistency.

Add 2 minced cloves of garlic then add your spices as desired.

½ tsp of salt and ½ tsp of black pepper, add a pinch of paprika and thyme to cover the smell of the cauliflower.

Now using a baking tray, add parchment paper over it and spread the dough.

Using a spatula flatten the dough well and to the preheated oven for about 20 mins on 200°c.

Bring it out and add some more extra cheese to your cheesy pizza.

Add 50 g. of mozzarella cheese, 20 g. Parmesan cheese and 20 g. cheddar cheese.

And put it again in the oven until the cheese melts and enjoy cheesy dipping snack.
