Ingredients

For the Meatballs

  • 500 g. Minced beef
  • 1 finely minced onion
  • 3 TBSP of finely chopped parsley
  • 1 TSP of nutmeg
  • 1 TSP of paprika
  • 1 TSP of black pepper
  • 1 TSP of salt
  • 1 TSP of meat seasoning
  • 1 TBSP of olive oil

For the Mushroom Sauce:

  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 200 g. Finely Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 250 g. of whipped cream
  • ½ cup of cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup of mozzarella cheese
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preparing The Meatballs

To prepare the meatballs to mix minced beef with onion and parsley in a bowl and season with nutmeg, paprika, salt, black pepper, and meat seasoning.

Make rounded balls of the mixture, you can refrigerate for ½ an hour.

Heat up the olive oil in a large saucepan, And fry the meatballs over high heat and cook them for 1 min. on each side until it gets a good crispy coating.

Remove the meatballs from the pan and set aside until you make the sauce.

Preparing The Mushroom Sauce

Using the same pan, add the minced garlic and fry the mushroom over medium heat for 8 min.

Add the whipping cream and stir well then add the cheddar and mozzarella cheese to give it a great consistency.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste, then put back the meatballs into this creamy sauce, cover the pan and simmer for a further 8 mins on very low heat.

Now serve it hot with plenty of creamy mushroom sauce to pour all over your plate and enjoy the heavenly taste of the meatballs with mushroom sauce.
