Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 cup of coconut flour
  • ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp of vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup of stevia sugar (sweetener)
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • ⅓ cup of whipped cream
  • ¼ cup of coconut milk

For the chocolate topping:

  • 1 dark chocolate bar
  • ½ cup of whipped cream
  • Stevia sweetener to taste

Instructions

Preparing The Cake

Preheat oven to 180°, Line an 8-inch pan with parchment.

Stir the sugar with eggs very well then set aside.

In another bowl, mix all dry ingredients then add to the eggs.

Pour the whipped cream and coconut milk over the mixture and mix very well, then spread into the pan.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes on the center rack.

Preparing The Chocolate Topping:

Mix the chopped chocolates with the whipped cream and stir well or you can melt it over a water bath.

Pour over the cake when it’s done and spread with a spatula. Enjoy this moist light cake.
