Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond flour
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • ⅓ cup of stevia sugar
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 vanilla sachet= 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 medium chopped strawberries

Instructions

Preparing The Muffins

In a bowl, mix the eggs with butter, vanilla and stevia sugar using a manual whisk.

Add to the mixture the almond flour and start mixing again.

Add the chopped strawberries

Divide the mixture evenly into a cupcake tray.

Put it into the oven for 40 mins under 180° heat.

Sprinkle a pinch of white powdered keto-friendly sugar on the top of the muffins while serving.
